Ulmus bakkerij is een zelfstandige bakkerij aan de Cabralstraat 7 in Amsterdam. At Ulmus we make sourdough bread and pastries. Not consenting or withdrawing consent, may adversely affect certain features and functions. Using just flour, water, and salt, we create bread that is both nourishing and full of character. When we sell out, we cannot simply make more. But we believe it’s that very slowness that makes our food worth waiting for. Each morning we bake fresh sourdough bread and viennoiserie using natural fermentation and seasonal ingredients.
