SILK Amsterdam is een zelfstandig restaurant aan de Bilderdijkstraat 140 in Amsterdam. We serve bold shared dining dishes, natural wine, and creative cocktails in a vibrant city setting. At SILK, we don't follow tradition too closely. We take inspiration from across Asia and translate it into a modern Asian fusion experience, weaving bold ingredients like Koji miso and Gochujang into our menu. You can book a table online with us but we always keep spots available for walk-ins.
