Piet is een zelfstandige ijssalon aan de Prins Hendrikstraat 143 in Den Haag. The recipes were collected in places we lived in and traveled, hence one may say that they are literally frozen memories. We carefully select our ingredients to guarantee freshness, authenticity, and exceptional taste in every bite. We prioritize high-quality local dairy, fresh seasonal fruits, real nuts, pure chocolate, and natural vanilla, avoiding artificial flavors, excessive additives, and industrial shortcuts whenever possible. And no matter how big we got, we would always make our gelato by hand, with plenty of love.
