Flore is een zelfstandig restaurant aan de Nieuwe Doelenstraat 2-14 in Amsterdam. Join us solo or as a duo, alongside fellow lovers of gastronomy. Guided by Dutch micro-seasons, we work with slowly grown vegetables, wild-foraged herbs, sustainable fish, and responsibly raised animals. Using techniques like fermenting, smoking, drying, and ageing, we intensify flavours and elevate vegetables and herbs to unprecedented heights.
