De Mark is een zelfstandig restaurant aan de Durgerdammerdijk 73 in Amsterdam. Chef Wijnand Schoen and his team collaborate with Amsterdam’s gourmet heroes Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot of Michelin-star group 212 to forge a fresh, gastronomic voyage. At De Mark, we are putting special importance on finding the right personalities to join our opening team. It’s a two-way thing: we like your enthusiasm and easy-going charm, and our guests certainly enjoy your affable character but in turn, you’ll feel nurtured with room to grow and freedom to express yourself.
